1 Star Pissedoff
I ordered two of the Grand baskets and although they arrived within a few days, one of the baskets was completey destroyed! I e-mailed the company to see if they could reship a new basket before Christmas which was now about a week away. When the new basket arrived it was about 1/4 the size of the first and had very little selection. Needless to say I will not recomend this company or buy from them ever again.

4 Stars looks reallly nice
I bought this as a present for somebody. and I really liked the way it was pakaged. I dont know how the stuff is inside. but from the outside it looks like real good stuff..

4 Stars Good Product, a bit slow on shipping..
I had sent this as an Anniversary gift for my brother and my sister-in-law, The gift was well appreciated and the assortment was good, with the gift basket being decorated well and no transit damage or defects observed.

I would have given this 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the time to customer, took nearly 2 weeks, which i felt was a bit on the higher side even by regular shipping mode.

This is more like 4.5 stars, its a great gift item, but remember to order well in advance, so that it will arrive on the date (time frame) that you intend.

5 Stars Well received gift
The recipient of this basket was very pleased with it and described it as “gorgeous”. She said the contents were high quality and the basket itself was very nice and that she would find good use for it in her home.

The only issue I might have is the delivery time was slow, but I think that was more on the UPS end of things vs. the supplier so I will still give it 5 stars.

2 Stars Disappointing
I gave it only two stars because I was disappointed in the amount of chocolate included in this basket. The packaging and presentation were very nice, but the contents left my wife looking for more. The candy was fresh and tasted good, but the portions were very small. The box and packaging weigh five pounds, but I would estimate there were only about 14 ounces or less of candy. For $39.99 plus $9.99 shipping, you could do much better shopping at your local HEB or Rite Aid. Next time I will buy her a two pound Whitman’s Sampler as they know how to pack a box with chocolates.

5 Stars Happy birthday to me!
Yesterday was my birthday and I was really blue as I thought I would be all alone. My friends had a different plan and showed up at my door with this gift that really made my day special. It is as bright and cheerful as it is in the picture and comes with a very pretty bow made of different colored ribbons. I saved the ribbons for christmas wrapping as it would be a shame to waste them they are nice quality. We enjoyed all the candy and cake together which satisfied all of our sweet tooths, but I saved the cookies for me later to go with my tea. I highly recommend this gift and have already looked into ordering the over the hill one for my friend for her birthday next month. Great friends, great goodies, good times and good laughs. Happy birthday to me!

5 Stars Sooo… Much Fun!!
My Brother sent me a Happy Birthday gift Tote and it was sooo… much fun. The candy and cookies inside were tasty and delicious, and the tote was so cute. Of course now I’ll have to send my brother something… I wonder what else they have? This was such a yummy gift.

1 Star A Huge Disappointment
I received this gift basket as a birthday present and was excited upon initially opening the box. From there it went downhill. The actual bag is about 2/3 stuffing with only the very top being product, and you get very little product for the price. Notables in it were “truffle cookies” that tasted like a stale vanilla cracker cookie (I’m guessing this was a substitute for the listed Balloon sugar cookies), a chocolate chip “tea cake” mini loaf that’s hard to stomach more than a couple bites at a time (very bland and unappetizing), a small box of chocolate fudge that’s the worst I’ve ever had (you probably made better fudge in home ec), a box marked “Gourmet Caramel Nut Assortment” that’s actually just caramel pieces (equally disappointing).

The only safe things in the package were some small (emphasis: small) packages of Jelly Bellies, fruit slice candies, and some generic hard strawberry candies. The boxes the individual products come in are deceivingly big, but trust me there’s a lot of air in each of those boxes.

For something by a company named “The Art of Appreciation,” you can show your appreciation in much cheaper ways that doesn’t leave the party on the receiving end wondering if they knew what in the world you were thinking. I wouldn’t even pay $10 for this utter disappointment. Show someone you care by staying clear of this little number!

(Update: I find it very interesting that within 24 hours of my posting the first review for this since it was released in 2004, a beaming almost storybook 5-star review comes up out of nowhere (Also note that this was that reviewer’s first review ever–red flags galore). p.s. There was no “pretty bow” in this package, or if there was it was instantly forgetable. Obviously a lame attempt by the company to boost their rating. Stay away from this waste of money.)
